Help with anxiety
Anxiety can range from intense fear to a subtle, ever-present discomfort that nags at you. To what degree is it ruling your life?

Anxiety controlling your life doesn’t work
Knowing how to deal with anxiety isn’t intuitive. Many people aren’t even sure whether the little worries or nagging concerns are anxiety at all, or whether it is a problem or something to manage.
Anxiety is one of the most common concerns we see in our practice, and one of the most treatable. It shows up in many ways: a pit in your stomach when you worry, not being able to turn off the news, thoughts of doom and gloom keeping you up at night, a sense of dread that you won’t handle what lies ahead.
Lots of people experience anxiety; often it is normal, and a helpful part of life. The big question is whether it is getting in the way of living your life in a healthy way. We help you understand how your anxiety serves you, and how to manage it when it interferes.
