Privacy policy

How this website handles the information you give it. Last updated November 2026.

Who we are

This website belongs to Alicia H. Clark, PsyD, PLLC (Clark Psychology Group), 1350 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036. Questions about this policy: alicia@aliciaclarkpsyd.com.

What the website collects

Only what you type into a form. The appointment request form asks for your name, email, phone number, how and when to reach you, what kind of help you are looking for, and an optional short note; the careers form asks for your contact details and a short message. Submissions are stored in the website’s database and emailed to the practice so we can reply. Please don’t include health information: email is not a confidential medium.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.

Newsletter, questionnaire and client portal

The newsletter, mini e-course and Anxiety Questionnaire are run by our email service (Kit), and the client portal by our practice-management service. When you use them, their privacy policies apply. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from any email.

Your clinical records

Information about your treatment is not handled through this website. How we protect your health information is described in the notice of privacy practices you receive when you become a client.
